We also obtain a rich array of customer information in real time, and will maintain a system that quickly reflects our customers’ diverse needs in our product development.

We hold mini-exhibitions as a distinctive initiative to actively identify customer needs. Different from large exhibitions at which multiple companies gather, a mini-exhibition is a private exhibition hosted solely by MIMAKI. It provides us with opportunities to engage in dialogue with our customers and offer specific proposals.
We think this kind of focused and personable approach is crucial in building strong relationships of trust with customers as well as acquiring information and an understanding of underlying needs of the market—or even just a few hints about its needs.
