3 GOOD HEALTH AND WELL-BEING
17 PARTNERSHIPS FOR THE GOALS

We are providing support to anyone preventing the spread of COVID-19 and maintain lifelines

In April 2020, Tomi Municipal hospital (Nagano, Japan) reported that Face Shield was difficult to obtain. In response, we provided "Simplified Face Shield" made by our 3D printer 3DFF-222 at no charge.

Subsequently, we received inquiries from customers in a variety of industries engaged in the maintenance of lifelines in order to provide daily necessities, not only to hospitals, dental clinics, schools, nursing care facilities, retailing, logistics, beauty salons, and other medical institutions.

We provided 41,402 face shields to 1,385 medical institutions and face-to-face service providers in Japan. (As of July 10, 2020)

Manufacturing simplified face shields with our 3D printers

We use our 3D printer 3DFF-222 to make simplified face shields (frame parts to be attached to the head).

By using 3D printers, which can be manufactured without the need for molds, we were able to quickly begin production even in such emergencies.

Furthermore, shield parts are made consistently internally by diverting our genuine PET film.

We product 750 face shields a day with 30 printers. (As of July, 2020)

We manufacture shield parts with our cutting plotter "CF22-1255".
